Products and prices
Every device we sell is 100% genuine, sourced from authorized sellers. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include all taxes. If a price is listed wrongly by mistake, we will contact you before shipping — you may accept the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, credit/debit cards and mobile wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa). Monthly plans are open on selected items. Your order is confirmed once payment (or COD request) is received.
Delivery
Delivery is free across Pakistan: 3–5 working days in major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) and 5–7 working days elsewhere. Delays outside our control (weather, strikes, courier issues) will be shared with you honestly, with the choice to wait or cancel.
Returns and warranty
You have 30 days from delivery to return any device for a full refund, in its original state with all parts and packing. Every device also carries the maker's warranty (often 1–3 years) plus our own quality promise — if it fails under normal use, we repair or replace it.
