Invisible hearing aid price in Pakistan — tiny in-canal hearing device

An invisible hearing aid price in Pakistan starts at about PKR 50,000 per ear for CIC models and PKR 80,000 for IIC, reaching PKR 550,000 at premium technology tiers — a 10–25% premium over equivalent visible styles.

The most common reason people delay hearing aids is that they do not want to be seen wearing one. Invisible models exist for exactly that reason, and they work well — for the right ears.

This guide covers the difference between CIC and IIC, who qualifies, what you give up, and how to tell whether a seller is being straight with you.

The three discreet form factors

StylePositionVisibilityTypical loss range
ITC (In-the-Canal)Lower canal, custom shellSlight when viewed from the sideMild to moderately severe
CIC (Completely-in-Canal)Deep canal, custom shellEssentially invisible in normal conversationMild to moderately severe
IIC (Invisible-in-Canal)Beyond the second bend of the canalNot visible at allMild to moderate

All three are custom-made from an impression of your ear. None of them is a stock device you can take home the same day.

Who is actually a candidate

Candidacy depends on your ear, not your preference. You are likely to qualify if:

  • Your hearing loss is mild to moderately severe, with a sensible amount of high-frequency headroom.
  • Your ear canal is wide and straight enough for a shell to fit deeply.
  • You produce normal earwax, or you are willing to keep up with filters.
  • Your manual dexterity is good enough to insert a device the size of a small bean.

You are probably not a candidate if:

  • Your loss is severe or profound: the required amplification and venting do not fit inside a canal shell.
  • Your canal is very narrow, very curved, or has had surgery.
  • You produce a lot of wax, or you have recurrent ear infections.
  • Your hands are arthritic. A tiny aid that cannot be inserted confidently every morning is worse than a visible one you wear.

An audiologist can usually tell within one appointment. Any seller willing to promise a fully invisible fit before taking an impression is guessing.

What you give up

Discretion costs you four things:

Battery life. Size 10 batteries are the smallest made and last three to five days. Rechargeable in-canal models exist but hold less charge than a behind-the-ear equivalent. Expect to think about power more often.

Features. Directional microphone arrays and Bluetooth antennas need space. Most CIC and IIC models do not stream audio, and their noise handling is simpler than a comparable RIC. If calls and TV streaming matter, a discreet RIC is the better compromise.

Repairs and turnaround. Repairs happen at the factory, not the clinic, and add courier time.

Venting. A sealed canal can make your own voice sound hollow. A small vent helps, and it reduces the maximum amplification available.

Prices in Pakistan

Custom in-canal models carry a premium over equivalent behind-the-ear devices because of the impression, shell, and remake process. Invisible hearing aid price in Pakistan by style (2026, per ear):

StylePrice per ear (PKR)Notes
CIC custom, entry-mid50,000 – 120,000Basic digital platforms
CIC custom, mid-tier120,000 – 220,000Better noise handling
Click CIC (ready-to-wear, e.g. Signia Silk)85,000 – 285,000No mold wait; fitted same day
IIC custom, mid-tier150,000 – 250,000Deepest fit, strict candidacy
Premium canal models, latest processing250,000 – 550,000Top platforms, still no Bluetooth streaming

Budget an extra PKR 5,000–15,000 for the ear-impression and mold on true customs, and ask the remake fee upfront. Ready-to-wear Click CIC is the pragmatic middle: invisible, no custom wait, fitted in one appointment.

Delivery takes roughly one to three weeks including the fitting appointment. Compare against the wider market using our 2026 price guide.

Maintenance that keeps them invisible

Deep-fitting aids sit where wax and moisture collect, so the routine is not optional:

  • Replace the wax guard every two to four weeks, more often if you produce a lot of wax.
  • Dry them nightly in a desiccant jar. Humidity is the main cause of early failure in Pakistan.
  • Wipe the shell with a dry cloth. Never run water over a custom shell, even a coated one.
  • Keep the insertion tool and use it. Pushing a device in with a fingernail cracks shells.

Questions to ask the seller

  1. Will I see the impression being taken, and who takes it?
  2. What happens if the first shell does not fit comfortably — is the remake free?
  3. What is the trial period, and how much is refunded if I return them?
  4. Which wax guards does this model take, and what do they cost per pack?
  5. What is the battery size, and what does a year of batteries cost?
  6. If the shell cracks, is repair covered inside the warranty period?

A seller who answers all six without hesitating is telling you they have done this before.

If invisibility is not realistic for you

Two alternatives get close to invisible without the canal constraints:

  • A discreet RIC with a thin wire and a small dome is often described as invisible in practice. Most people notice it only if they are looking for it.
  • Dark hair and glasses hide a behind-the-ear device better than most people expect, and you keep full power and Bluetooth.
